LOVEHER PROGRAMS

Our program uniquely combines nutrition coaching, semi-private weight training, and A COMMUNITY OF women ENGAGED IN health education, so you’re not just learning what to eat — you’re understanding why your body needs it and how to support it through movement, recovery, and regulation.

LOVEHER Nutrition Coaching supports women in fueling their bodies for strength, energy, hormonal balance, digestion, and emotional regulation. We move away from diet culture and rigid rules, and toward nourishment that feels sustainable, embodied, and aligned with your nervous system.

Inside our semi-private strength sessions, we focus on building physical strength while honoring the body’s stress responses, cycles, and capacity. Alongside this, our women’s health education empowers you with knowledge about hormones, metabolism, and the mind-body connection, so you can make informed, compassionate choices for your health.

This isn’t about perfection or control — it’s about building a safe, trusting relationship with food, movement, and your body, so nourishment becomes supportive rather than stressful.

At LOVEHER, all coaching paths are rooted in nervous system regulation, emotional-awareness, and whole-body regulation—what differs is how you’re supported.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching focuses on restoring your relationship with food and your body. It supports hormonal balance, digestion, energy, and consistency by working with your nervous system—not against it. The coaching focuses on supporting emotional regulation, boundaries, self-worth, and clarity. It helps you break patterns, process stress, and create aligned change in your relationships and daily life.

  • Group Coaching Calls offers structure, community, and gentle accountability. It’s designed to help you build sustainable habits alongside other women—without pressure, comparison, or burnout.
