What IS HYPERTROPHY TRAINING?
Hypertrophy training is a style of strength training designed to build muscle by safely stressing the muscle fibers, allowing them to adapt, grow, and become stronger over time. This is done through controlled resistance, intentional rest, and proper recovery — not extreme intensity or punishment.
At LOVEHER, hypertrophy isn’t about “bulking” or aesthetics alone. It’s about building a resilient, supported body that can better regulate energy, hormones, metabolism, and stress.
Our gym is more than just a place to work out—it's a community where women of all fitness levels come together to support each other. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere free of judgment, where you can focus on your personal growth and well-being.
Our certified trainers lead small groups 1:6, providing individualized guidance and feedback to ensure you get the most out of every session. You'll receive tailored workouts that align with your fitness level, goals, and preferences, all while enjoying the camaraderie and support of other women on similar journeys.
While many of our clients appreciate our budget-friendly semi-private sessions, some prefer the personalized attention of a one-on-one training experience with their own dedicated trainer. This allows for greater focus and precision in every movement. We especially recommend one-on-one training for clients with a history of injuries to ensure optimal safety and tailored support.
