While many of our clients appreciate our budget-friendly semi-private sessions, some prefer the personalized attention of a one-on-one training experience with their own dedicated trainer. This allows for greater focus and precision in every movement. We especially recommend one-on-one training for clients with a history of injuries to ensure optimal safety and tailored support.
