  • Your personal plan depends on the amount of sessions you get in a 4 week cycle + the type of coaching you need .

    Your 1st discovery session with coach Dee will give you an idea of the energy investment.

  • Coach Gabby will give you a text on Sunday afternoon to book all sessions.

  • This depends on budget and preference. Most of our clients will desire 12 sessions / 4 week cycle to get consistency and with the community.

  • Yes! We allow you to do a hybrid approach just let us know how many times you will like to come into the gym or online. The / session rate in different.
